Ashley received her BS in Theatrical Studies at Ball State University, during which time she also worked on many shows in New York City at The Public Theater, Primary Stages, and Lincoln Center, among others. She then earned her certificate from the technical apprenticeship program in props here at the School of Drama in 2015. She has worked as a Props Master in New York City as well as New York Stage and Film and the Maine State Music Theatre and as a Properties Artisan for Long Wharf Theatre, BB Props, Costume Armour, and Yale Rep.
Eric is the Props Master at Triad Stage and a Visiting Professor at UNCSA. He is the author of The Prop Building Guidebook: For Theatre, Film, and TV, and The Prop Effects Guidebook: Lights, Motion, Sound, and Magic. Eric has built props for numerous theatres on and off Broadway and throughout the United States. He has worked with some of America’s top actors, directors, and designers at the Santa Fe Opera, the Actors Theatre of Louisville, and the Public Theater.
